nymag.com's Grub Street reports:
Tickets to the weekend’s finest event, the “Best New Chefs” dinner, are going for $250. This event has never been open to the public before.
The dinner, with first-ever “alumni host” David Chang (of course), will feature dishes by all eleven of the magazine’s class of “Best New Chefs.”
Paul Liebrandt, for example, is making uni-konbu gelée with cauliflower crème. T
he only way to get a ticket is to call Stay Aspen Snowmass (877-900-WINE) and ask for the event specifically. You won’t find tickets online.
