1) Go check out La Maison on Main Street in downtown Carbondale. The new featured local artist is Summers Moore, a photographer whose current work focuses on her latest trip to Kenya. 2) Bring the kids to Theatre Aspen and see A Year With Frog and Toad, Fridays and Saturdays through August 15. Based on Arnold Lobel's Frog and Toad stories, this play tells the tale of two great friends, you guessed it, Frog and Toad, and their experiences together for a whole year. Lots of great music, clever lyrics, and fun!

3) Experience some extreme sports at the 8th Annual Blast the Mass, presented by the prestigious Mountain States Cup, from August 7-9 in Snowmass Village. With over 1,000 regional competitors in bike events like extreme downhill, cross-country, and mountain-cross terrain AND movies, music, and demonstrations, this will definitely be a fun-filled event!
