When you're on top of your game, people notice, and such is the case for the magnificent Little Nell in Aspen.

The Little Nell was one of only 47 hotels in America, and one of only two hotels in Colorado, to be honored with Five Stars from the 2010 Forbes Travel Guide.

The Forbes Travel Guide:

Tucked away at the base of a mountain, the Little Nell provides a perfect location either to hit the slopes or roam the streets in search of Aspen’s latest fashions. The rooms and suites are heavenly cocoons with fireplaces, overstuffed furniture and luxurious bathrooms. Some suites feature vaulted ceilings showcasing glorious mountainside views, while others overlook the charming former mining town.

We couldn't agree more. In fact, we at Plum TV are so enamored with the Little Nell that we will be broadcasting our winter morning show, Top Of The Mountain, live from our new studio at the famed hotel. With this new addition perhaps the 2011 Forbes Travel Guide will consider awarding the Little Nell an unprecedented Six Stars? We feel it's warranted.

And if you thought life couldn't get sweeter at the Little Nell, the 2010 Forbes Travel Guide also saw fit to award the the Little Nell's in-house restaurant, Montagna, with Four Stars for their "inventive reinterpretation of American cuisine."

Well-deserved honors. Congrats, Little Nell!
