They range from humble to haute and include shopping, drinking, sunning, and playing at various treasured spots and shops.

This week we're looking forward to...

EXPERIENCE

1) Come see some amazing antiques when Stella Show Management presents Antiques & Design In The Hamptons, on Friday, August 14, from 12-7 p.m. This event presents 50 extraordinary exhibits at the Bridgehampton Historical Society on Montauk Highway. Included will be Garden Sculpture & Furniture, Modern, Folk & Fine Art, Americana, and Ceramics, just to name a few!

2) Get a sneak peak of some amazing fashion at the Gala Preview of The Art of Fashion In The Hamptons exhibition, on Friday, August 14, at 6 p.m., at Guild Hall. Featuring the work of world-famous designers with ties to Long Island, including Betsey Johnson, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Vera Wang, and Ralph Lauren, this luxurious evening will also include cocktails, alfresco dining, a live auction, and of course, dancing.

3) One of the best parties of the season! Come support the Animal Rescue Fund at the ARF Beach Ball, on Saturday, August 15, from 6:30-11:30 p.m., at the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. This evening includes dinner, dancing to the tunes of Quake, and an after-dinner bonfire on the beach! But most importantly, come see Ellen & Chuck Scarborough's dog Oliver receive the ARF Medal of Valor for saving the family cat from the jaws of a coyote. True story!

4) Come to Guild Hall on Saturday, August 15, and spend an evening with Grammy Award winner Rosanne Cash in concert! She's recorded 14(!) albums over the last 25 years, and has charted 11(!) number-one singles. This will be a special acoustic set, which we're sure will go perfectly in the intimate John Drew Theater. Show starts at 8 p.m., and tickets range from $65-85. And if you haven't been in a while, check out the renovations of Guild Hall on Plum TV:

5) Check out yet another Grammy Award winner on Sunday, August 16, when Steve Tyrell performs at the Westhampton Beach PAC. This celebrated Renaissance man has worked as a producer, arranger, and songwriter for such legendary artists as Burt Bacharach and Rod Stewart. For this performance, he'll be using his classic (and suave) approach to reinvent some classic pop standards. Don't miss it!
