  • Solar Tour Comes to East End

    The National Solar Tour is coming to Long Island on Saturday, October 3rd from 10 AM to 4 PM.

    This free, self-guided tour of 90 homes, businesses and public buildings with solar and other green building technologies is organized locally by the not-for-profit group Renewable Energy Long Island (RELI).

    The annual Tour, taking place simultaneously all over the country, attracted 140,000 visitors nationwide last year and has been billed as the largest public renewable energy education event in the world.

    The Tour is free of charge but visitors must get their free Visitors Pass on the RELI website.
