Madonna was out east this past weekend visiting friend/photographer Steven Klein's compound on Long Island, and unfortunately suffered minor injuries after she was thrown from a horse.

Madonna's no stranger to The Hamptons, however, but we haven't seen her there since her infamous "no show" at Steven Klein's Amaryllis Farm Benefit (for horses) www.plumtv.com/videos/amaryllis-farm-benefit-at-steven-kleins.

The Hamptons are often the spot of celebrity retreat and the paparazzi continue to go too far. The last thing this mom needed was a another bump to her rump.
