Seeping mayonnaise and squishy white bread are the images that usually come to mind when talking about a tuna sandwich. Unless, of course, that tuna sandwich was bought at Suki Zuki. The exotic dish is, likely, a reason why traffic gets backed up near the Water Mill Shopping Center around dinnertime.

Decked out in the shape and style of a classic, club sandwich, the slices of Suki Zuki's Tuna Sandwich are comprised of finely packed sushi rice. Packed in the middle with chives and tobiko is a sumptuous, spicy tuna mix that is so fresh with flavor you can only assume it came from the docks that very day. Top it off with some sesame seeds for crunch and you have one of the most popular dishes in the Hamptons.

Depending on your appetite, the Tuna Sandwich can be small enough for an appetizer but filling enough to serve as an entire meal. It's only one of many delicious items at the restaurant, so maybe split it with a friend the first time. That way, you're saving more of them for us.
