2) The Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum at Florida International University presents the first Family Fun Day, on Saturday, August 22, from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The Frost Museum opened its current 46,000-square-foot state-of-the-art building in November 2008, and over 17,00 people have visited since then. 3) Treat yourself for a good cause during the Fundraiser Benefitting Women in Distress, organized by Kasia's Cause, on August 22 at various salons & spas in the area.
