1) The IX International Ballet Festival of Miami (running now through Sunday, September 20) features performances by world-renowned dance companies from Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Caribbean and North America.  More than 120 dances from 25 different companies are invited to perform - and you are invited to attend at various locations around Miami.  For more information and tickets, contact (305)-358-5885

2) Britney Spears makes her highly anticipated return to the American Airlines Arena on Wednesday, September 2, and she's bringing her Circus act with her!  After selling out every venue on her tour, Miss Spears will entertain both tweens and adults alike with her second coming to the Miami area!

3) On Saturday, September 5, from 7-10 p.m. combine art & cardio at the Lincoln Road Gallery Walk.  The second in the series, this walk will showcase over forty resident artists at the Arts Center Studios across three locations and other galleries in the heart of Miami Beach.  Modeled after the success of the Design District and Wynwood Art Walks, stroll Lincoln Road to browse fabulous local art and enjoy free hors 'oeuvres.

4) MOCA Mystery Dates Kick-Off Party has paired up with Thursdays at Club 50 (Miami's weekly happy hour with a cause) in anticipation of the famed MOCA Mystery Dates scheduled to take place in November.  With complimentary Grey Goose cocktails from 7-9 p.m. and 5% of the evening's proceeds benefiting MOCA's mission to raise funds for emerging and experimental artists, this is one event where both the libations and your philanthropic efforts will leave you feeling good.  The event takes place on Thursday, September 3, at 7 p.m. at Viceroy on Brickell

5) On Tuesday, September 1 at 7:30 p.m., come celebrate with Mitchell Kaplan and Executive Chef Bernie Matz at the 5-year anniversary of iconic South Beach staple, The Cafe at Books & Books on Lincoln Road. Chef Matz will introduce his all-new menu, including organic and free-range fare, while attendees listen to music, sip wine, and of course, browse the varied collection of written works.
