2) On Friday, October 23, don't miss the Artist Association of Nantucket's Autumn Show at 19 Washington Street from 6-8 p.m. It's the opening reception for Size Matters, a show where miniature art meets gigantic art, with a spotlight on work by Rob Head & Stephen Pitliuk. 3) On Saturday, October 24 catch the Fall Farm Talk at Bartlett Farm from 10-11am. This fantastic series always features some great practical advice for seasonal cooking, baking, and other goings on in the kitchen. This week's topic is various recipes for making quick bread without yeast. Kat Robinson and Carrie Carpenter share the tips. Sounds perfect for some fall baking on the go!

4) Did you miss U2 on their last tour, but still have a hankering to hear the hits? Well, on Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, the Chicken Box has the next best thing as they welcome Boston's premier U2 cover band, Joshua Tree, to our neck of the woods.
