EXPERIENCE
3) And now onto the HALLOWEEN FESTIVITIES! Back for its 4th year is the Hailey Halloween Hoopla, from 3-6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 31. This super popular event offers kids a safe (and fun!) trick or treating experience in the downtown business district. Just look for bunches of orange & black balloons, and know that candy isn't far away! There's also the Costume Contest at the Liberty Theater, beginning at 4 p.m., the Meriwether Building's Haunted Kitchen at 3 p.m., and the Mint Promenade's Haunted House from 3-6:30 p.m. So much to do, so little time to get all the candy!
