Sister’s Pantry "The Dumpling Girls"
I can’t get enough of the dumpling girls. They come up every year from the front-range where they are mainstays in Boulder and Denver at various farmer’s markets.
I wish they would open a restaurant in Telluride. I probably eat more dumplings in four days than most people eat in a year. Telluride Natural Food also serves up great stir fry and spring rolls, but Sister’s Pantry has my loyalty.

BBQ Pit Express
Can you say corndog? I eat one corn dog a year and it is always during Bluegrass.
This year I couldn’t resist, I ate two (on different days!).

Killer Flank Steaks & Corn-on-the-Cob
Every year the Telluride Ski & Snowboard Club serves up steak sandwiches and corn on the cob.
Your Telluride Bluegrass experience is not complete without a killer flank steak and a KOTO beer booth beer to wash it down.

Oskar Blues
You need your fix of southern cooking? This booth serves up crab cakes, pulled pork sandwiches, and jambalya.
If you can’t make it to New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, you know you can eat just as well in Telluride during Bluegrass.

Steaming Bean
Coffees and lattes in the morning, coffees and lattes at night.
Why does good coffee taste so much better in Town Park?

Going Greek
The line for Dionysos Greek Foods is always long, but worth the wait. If you like Greek food, you’ve come to the right festival.

That is just a sampling of what the food booths at Telluride Bluegrass have to offer. There is still one day left of the festival and I have no doubt I’ll be back to Town Park to have a final sampling of festival food (I can have three corndogs in four days, no?).
