1) Get your learn on! On Tuesday, August 11, at 5 p.m., the Telluride Science Research Center is hosting Bubblemania: Bigger, Better Bubbles with super scientist Dr. Ed Lyman. 2) Come experience an array of arts, ranging from culinary to fine art to music, this weekend (August 14-16) at the Telluride Festival of the Arts! There will be celebrity chef demonstrations, food seminars, showcase dinners, tons of amazing art, and a FREE special concert by Joan Osborne at 5 p.m. in Mountain Village.

3) Check out the talent of Telluride's local youngsters at the Mudd Butts Mystery Theatre Troupe, from August 14-17. The show is the cap of a three-week long camp where the kids will surely wow the audience with their singing and dancing skills, as well as some incredible props! 4) Learn about the fauna & foliage that makes Telluride so special. Visit the St. Sophia Nature Center, located atop Coonskin Ridge, overlooking the town of Telluride. The center is always free to the public, and is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. Check out the website for more info!

5) It's nearing the end of summer, and you know what that means...soccer in Telluride Town Park has begun! Head down to the park this week to watch some frivolous competition between the co-ed soccer teams, as they battle it out to bring home that coveted trophy!
