Every Monday, we post five things that we're looking forward to enjoying in the upcoming week. These things are selected by Plum staff and often times by you.

They range from humble to haute and include exciting events, festivals, and performances as well as dining, shopping and playing at various treasured spots, shops & institutions.

This week we're looking forward to...

EXPERIENCE

1) On Friday, September 18 through Sunday, September 20, its Blues & Brews Weekend! The most scenic blues festival you will ever experience is finally here, and we've gotta tell you that it's well worth the money to just get the full weekend pass. This premium ticket gets you into all 3 days of the fest, where you'll get a chance to see some incredible musicians doing their thing live, including Bonnie Raitt, Joe Cocker, Buddy Guy, and Umphrey's McGee! You'll also get the chance to sample beer from over 50 breweries. What more do you need? So come on down and catch one of Telluride's most loved festivals.

SAVOR

2) Grab some fresh sushi in the mountains of Colorado! Check out Honga's Lotus Petal on Main Street. This Pan-Asian restaurant has an eclectic vibe that's chic, funky, and sophisticated. Not only do they serve some incredibly fresh dishes, but we hear they also have the best mint mojitos in town! While you're there, you can also pick up a copy of their own cookbook, and try making some of their delicious recipes at home. Feed your inner foodie with these videos:

SPLURGE

3) If Brews & Blues leaves you feeling exhausted, get rejuvenated with a facial treatment at Telluride's Studio G Salon. They've got incredible deals on facials, like the Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion, which gently abrades the outer layer of skin using a special wand that's outfitted with diamonds...sounds fancy and refreshing! Get in the spa-zone with some Plum:

4) Enjoy the best in shopping that T-Ride has to offer, and stop in at Picaya on Main Street. Picaya is a haven for those with a nose for fine crafts & exotic goods from around the world. With a incredibly varied selection of wares, including jewelry, beads, hand-woven textiles & beautiful antique furniture, you're sure to find that special something to bring home!
