The historic Roma Bar building is the location of Honga's Lotus Petal, built as one of Telluride's oldest saloons. There is a wide variety of items on the menu from potstickers, specialty dishes, wok dishes to sushi.

The staff at Honga's are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the dining room is perfect.  On my most recent dinner, my husband and I had the pan-seared sea scallops and the Baja California sushi roll, which were both specials of the evening.  A side of fresh wasabi added a great touch and the meal was delicious. I don't think we left a shred of food on our plates. Though we were too full for dessert, I'm sure their desserts are wonderful as well.

If you are planning to have dinner at Honga's Lotus Petal, I definitely recommend making reservations.  Not only is the restaurant a famous location for tourists, it is also a local's favorite.  While I was there, Plum TV's own Chris Hanson came in and was seated at the table right behind ours!
