The beloved Dick Hauserman, Vail Valley resident for over 40 years and inventor of the Vail logo, passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009. He was 93.

Dick Hauserman was the ultimate Vail ambassador and inexorably tied to the history and progress of Vail since 1962. Like anyone who spent a fair amount of time in the Vail Valley, Plum TV was fortunate enough to call Dick a friend.
