EXPERIENCE

1) Rock out for a good cause on Saturday, August 15, at Vail Jam 4 Autism. This special concert features Big Head Todd & Monsters, The Freddy Jones Band, Hazel Miller and DJ Logic. Even better than the bands is that 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Colorado Autism Efforts of the SMART Foundation, the Autism Society of Colorado, and the Crisis Prevention Program of the Children's Hospital. The show will be at the Ford Amphitheater, and begins at 3 p.m.

2) Why So Serious? Well, maybe it's because you haven't been to a nice outdoor movie in a while! Come to Nottingham Park on Saturday, August 15, and catch last year's summer blockbuster The Dark Knight! Movie begins at dusk (around 8:15 p.m.). This event is part of the summer-long Lakeside Cinema series, and is always free.

3) The Vail International Dance Festival wraps up this week with Ballroom's Best, which is always a huge crowd pleaser. It's a free performance at the Ford Amphitheater by Buckets and Tap, who put on an amazing show last year, and are sure to do so again this year! 4) Celebrate Slifer Designs' 25 Anniversary and head over to their showroom in Edwards for Designs of the Times: 25 Great Design Ideas, where members of their design team will present creative ideas to help you with your home. Thursday, August 13, from 5-7 p.m. RSVP to (970)-766-8009.

5) Come see the Swing Dance Hot Tomatoes Band put on a free performance at Arabelle Square on Thursday, August 13, as part of the amazing Vail Jazz Festival.
