Advertising guru Richard Kirshenbaum is getting his own 30-minute talk show, Creative Lunch, which will begin airing this summer on upscale mini-cable network Plum TV...He's lined up documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock, Island Records founder Chris Blackwell and Walk the Line movie director James Mangold...Plum is piped through cable systems in eight wealthy vacation communities around the country including Aspen, the Hamptons and Miami Beach.
