Nightlife Intern

Working for Plum is a fast-paced opportunity to learn while contributing to a brand new multi-media network. Plum is a different kind of company, so we need a different type of intern. If you want an easy way to fulfill a course requirement, don’t apply! In this role, you will work closely with our Nightlife show producer, shooting, editing, performing pre and post-production activities, and contributing to the success of our programming.

Requirements:

• You must be able to get course credit through your university
• Available 2-3 days per week, for at least 10 weeks
• Experience handling and operating camera equipment
• Editing skills (knowledge of Final Cut Pro a plus!)
• Highly motivated, quick thinkers w/ creative personalities who can adapt to various situations
• Solid writing skills (as demonstrated in your thoughtful cover letter)
• Keen interest in TV/Film
• Demonstrated ability to work HARD and successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Those with the ability to perform under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Adventurous types who like to have fun while learning more

Production Reel is not required but strongly recommended
