Sales Associate

Our Nantucket station is looking for an experienced, driven, and high-performance sales associate. Applicants are expected to be well versed in Plum TV’s brand, value proposition and business model, and act as a first rate ambassador to the Plum TV’s mission at meetings, events and in the community.

Working under the direction of the sales manager, you will assist in the overall development of sales, marketing, sponsorships and events for the Nantucket channel.

Duties include:
• Develop high volume of new sales leads
• Manage existing client relationships
• Schedule and attend sales meetings
• Maintain sales database, contracts and insertion orders
• Assist with event coordination and sponsorships
• Provide clients with requested dubs, etc.
• Maintain relationships
• Manage ongoing sales material development
• Develop proposals
• Act as client advocate within Plum to ensure timely delivery of creative materials
• Ensure advertisements are consistent with client needs
• Learn basic production equipment in order to be able to assist in production development and execution (20% of overall workload)

Requirements:
• Sales, PR, or marketing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Polished, professional, presentation skills
• BA
