So you’re heading to the Hamptons for a week. Seven in heaven as we like to say out this way (full disclosure: no one out here says that). But seven days is definitely enough time to get a good taste of what the Hamptons have to offer.

At Polo on August 1st, Plum's Nick Leighton caught up with Ed "Jean Luc" Kleefield about his recent bad luck. Although he has "had challenges at his restaurants" he is thankful for his "wonderful attorneys" who are able to fix everything. Mr. Kleefield was just arrested again for writing bad checks... He might want to find a new lawyer.
