Cut manager Kevin Delonay walks Sue & Kelly through the store (dedicated to providing the highest quality & freshest meats and seafood available) before the group settles on a freshly-trimmed pork loin. Drink! manager Lucas Jones guides Kelly & Sue through the world of zinfandels, while Eat! Cheese Monger Anders Willis aids with the selection of an American Bleu cheese for the arugula salad as well as a trio of olives from Sicily, Spain and Chile for hors d'oeuvres. The trip reaffirmed one of Kelly's guiding principles: Buying the freshest available products from local producers and vendors will lend a unmistakable authenticity to your meal.
