Extreme Cuisine: Gourmet Cooking Atop Lost Arrow Spire

Last summer, Guy Robins, Katie Raffeto, the Plum Crew & special guests summited the Lost Arrow Spire in the City of Rocks to prepare a gourmet meal in an utterly unique locations. The dinner guests, with no shortage of fantastic stories, included Legendary skier/rock climber Dick Dorworth, Kirk Bachman of Sawtooth Mountain Guides and one of the founder's of Idaho's Bounty, Jeannie Wall.

Extreme Cuisine 2: Lost Arrow Spire, Making the Meal

The meal, comprised entirely of organic and locally produced proteins and vegetables, features creamy Polenta with Gorgonzola and spinach, Portobello mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, Wasabi-marinated fried tofu, mango salsa, rack of lamb and an apple upside down cake prepared in a dutch oven.
