With the 2009 Telluride Film Festival rapidly approaching, we share with you an interview we conducted at the '08 Festival with legendary filmmaker Ken Burns. Burns will once again attend (& speak) at the Telluride Film Festival, and his latest work The National Parks: America's Best Idea can be seen on PBS in late September. Jeb Berrier and Ken Burns talk life, film, and Telluride at the 2008 Telluride Film Festival. Ken Burns has been coming to the Telluride Film Festival for almost 20 years, and is now a member of the advisory board and is on the board of governors for the festival. Burns is known for his moving documentaries, and describes the Telluride Film Festival as "the best festival on Earth".
