The Juice: February 26, 2010 (Part 3 of 3)
Jennifer Santiago and Josh Wagner host Plum's special edition of The Juice during the South Beach Food and Wine Festival on location at the Palms Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach. In this segment, Executive Chef of Butter Restaurant and host of the Food Network's The Cooking Loft Alex Guarnaschelli works the Plum circuit. She is scheduled to host the Midnight Amore (actually starts at 11pm!) at Scarpetta at Fontainebleau along with Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Scott Conant on Saturday night of the festival. Also, you can't visit Miami and not indulge in one of the signature drinks in the pantheon of Miami Beach cocktail culture. Plum hosts Gabe and Elad mix up this Miami Beach staple, The Mojito.
