Spring Skiing Comes to Aspen, Vail, Telluride & Sun Valley

Well, it's finally happening. As the end of the ski season rapidly approaches (except maybe in Aspen), temperatures are rising, and precipitation is no longer an unseasonable powder pour, but sunny skies and the occasional rain/snow mix. Spring Skiing, however brief, has arrived out West.

Ski Bench Racing

Plum ventured out of town to Wolcott, Colorado to catch up with Bill Mounsey and friends at the 13th annual Ski Bench Classic. Mounsey has been making benches out of skis for more than a decade. Check him out at vailskiart.org.
