In this segment, Executive Chef of Butter Restaurant and host of the Food Network's The Cooking Loft Alex Guarnaschelli works the Plum circuit. She is scheduled to host the Midnight Amore (actually starts at 11pm!) at Scarpetta at Fontainebleau along with Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Scott Conant on Saturday night of the festival.
