While shooting The Juice at the 21 Club in New York City, Nick Leighton goes to our favorite place (the kitchen) where he introduces us to executive chef John Greely.
Enjoy Chef Greely preparing a decadent staple of the 21 Club's menu: Steak Diane. What makes this steak so special is that it's traditionally pounded, seared, and mixed with generous amounts of cream and butter right in front of the customer.
