Scott Brasington & Bill Rieger of the newly-remodeled Kenichi stop by Top Of The Mountain to sample their delicious, high end sake (brewed by a family in the hills of Kyoto, Japan exclusively for Kenichi) with Ramona & Oliver. They share the story of finding a family to brew this outstanding sake as well as the process of manufacturing sake.
