East Hampton, NY - We were invited to attend a "Silent Disco" dance party on Main Beach this past weekend. The idea is that everyone dances to music they're hearing only on headphones (because loud music tends to get a party shut down by the police). But what happened when the event was canceled and the publicists didn't bother to tell us (or other local media outlets)? Plum's Keanan Duffty finds out.

    Hey Guys,

We were as gutted as you when we were told the event couldn't go ahead!! The Sea fog meant the event was unsuitable according to the officials, we tried to contest but to no avail and as we were only here for 2 days we had to formalize a plan B. So the parties kicked off at Madame tongs and then Axe Lounge!

We had come all the way from England and our mission was to show you guys a great time, sadly due to circumstances out of our control we were unable to.

This weekend we will be in Nantucket on Nobedea beach, followed by an After party at the Chicken box on Saturday night....and if you can't make it there we are running events weekly in Martha's Vineyard.

You missed out on the silent disco, but you haven't missed out on your gift bag from Jack Wills. Please email us at seasonnaires@jackwills.com with your details and we will send you them direct!
