Ed Viesturs joins his life-long friends and mentors Jim & Lou Whittaker. The Whittaker brothers are true mountain climbing legends. Jim Whittaker was the first American to summit Everest in the face of extreme adversity. Lou Whittaker led the first American ascent of the North Face of Everest and has trained some the best mountain guides in the world. The three friends swap climbing stories and discuss their personal histories with the iconic Mount Rainier, and Ed shares the huge impact the Whittakers had on his life, as a person and a climber. Ed & The Whittakers also discuss the Whittakers integral role in bringing mountain climbing into the mainstream, via mountain guide consultancy and corporate sponsorship. The trio ends the day at the base camp of Mount Rainier, sharing their proudest moments as members of the mountain climbing community and the lessons they've learned over years of climbing.

Ocean Fishing 101: Why Ocean Fish?
When fishing, the angler’s surroundings provide much of the enjoyment. Fly fishers love the mountains and the rivers that carve through them. Bass fishers love sprawling lakes and a day on their boat. Ocean fishermen love the ocean.
